UPDATE: Mr. Cosmeus was returned to his family safely, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office.
EARLIER:
The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office is searching for a missing endangered 75-year-old man.
Officials say Vite Cosmeus left a residence he was visiting in the 3700 block of Mil Lake Court in Greenacres at 1 p.m. Wednesday and has not been seen or heard from since.
Vite has been diagnosed with dementia.
Anyone who should come into contact with Vite Cosmeus is urged to contact PBSO Dispatch at 688-3400 or the nearest law enforcement agency.
