Ringling Brothers Circus prompts Thursday road closures in downtown West Palm Beach

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - The Ringling Brothers Circus will perform a free show Thursday night in downtown West Palm Beach, prompting a few road closures.

  • 9 a.m. -- Narcissus Avenue closed between Banyan Boulevard and Second Street
  • 2 p.m. -- Flagler Drive closed between Banyan Boulevard and Datura Street
  • 3 p.m. - Narcissus Avenue closed between Clematis Street and Banyan Boulevard
  • 3 p.m. -- North & South Clematis Street closed between Narcissus Avenue and Flagler Drive.

Thursday's show will start at 7 p.m. on the West Palm Beach waterfront.

Ringling performers and staff will have interactive sessions for the kids starting at 6:15 p.m. After a 20-minute performance, guests can watch an elephant feeding.

The circus will perform ticketed shows Dec. 25-29 at the Palm Beach Convention Center on Okeechobee Boulevard.
