Ralph Eugene Payne: PBSO search for missing West Palm Beach resident

PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. - West Palm Beach resident Ralph Eugene Payne has been identified as a Missing/Endangered Adult by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.

On Wednesday at 9 p.m., PBSO said Payne left his South Congress Avenue residence in West Palm Beach driving a 2003 Silver Ford Explorer with Florida tag # 204NYF. It had a symbol of a palm tree on the back.

He has not been seen or heard from since, according to the sheriff's office.

Payne has white hair and brown eyes and is 5 feet 10 inches and 305 pounds. He has a tattoo of a bird with the word “Mom” next to it.

He suffers from dementia and Parkinson’s disease, according to the sheriff's office.

If anyone should come into contact with Payne they are urged to contact 688-3400 or their nearest law enforcement agency.
