Plane reporting vibration problem lands safely at Palm Beach International Airport

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - An inbound business jet landed safely Thursday evening at Palm Beach International Airport after the pilot reported a vibration problem, said Stephanie Richards, spokeswoman for PBIA.

Richards said the pilot of the Falcon 20 circled the airport several times to burn off fuel prior to landing around 8 p.m.

The plane, which took off from Boca Raton, was carrying five people, she said.

Aircraft firefighting apparatus known as “Dragons,” followed the jet on the runway, said Capt. Alberto Borroto, spokesman for Palm Beach County Fire Rescue.
