Several people were hurt in a multi-vehicle crash in suburban West Palm Beach Thursday.
The crash happened at Military Trail and Woodstock Drive, near Community Drive.
Officials say 5 people were rushed to the hospital following the three-car collision.
Two of the vehicles were parked in a Popeyes parking lot when a car came flying in their direction, landing on them, officials said. The occupants of those cars escaped with minor injuries.
The impact knocked down several power lines in the area.
Both north and southbound lanes of Military Trail were blocked as first responders attempted to clear the scene.
The condition of the 5 victims was not immediately released.
