WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. -- Police have arrested and charged a man after a double shooting in West Palm Beach Saturday.
Lake Robinson Jr. was arrested by West Palm Beach police and charged with shooting two people during a domestic argument Sunday night.
Police said Herbertha Buckle and her son James Williams went to the 300 block of Douglas Avenue to retrieve William's vehicle when they got into an argument with Robinson.
That's when Robinson got a shotgun from his truck, according to the arrest report.
Buckle tried to grab the shotgun and instead was hit in the head with the butt of the gun, according to police.
Police said Robinson, who is Buckle's live-in boyfriend, then shot them both.
The West Palm Beach police arrested Lake Robinson Jr. and charged him with attempted second degree murder.
Robinson is currently being held in the Palm Beach County Jail.
