WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - Palm Beach County school bus drivers on Monday morning are protesting a beating that one of their colleagues says he suffered at the hands of parents.
Two people were arrested Saturday in connection with the attack, according to Owen Torres with the Palm Beach County school district. A third person is being sought.
The bus drivers are expected to rally outside Palm Beach County School District offices in West Palm Beach at 9:30 a.m.
School bus driver Joseph Beauzile says three parents attacked him onboard his bus one week ago.
He says it happened as he was dropping elementary school students off at the stop on Executive Center Place in West Palm Beach.
He says the kids were being unruly so he told them to sit down, which apparently got the parents angry.
The Palm Beach County School District is investigating the incident.
No arrests have been made.
The district says it has surveillance video of the incident but it is not releasing it because it is part of its investigation.
