WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - A hearing in the DUI manslaughter case against Wellington polo club founder John Goodman is scheduled for Thursday.
Defense attorneys want the charges against Goodman to be dismissed because prosecutors released the Bentley involved in the 2010 deadly crash.
Goodman was convicted in 2012, but it was dropped because of juror misconduct.
His retrial is set to begin next month. Jury selection is set to begin March 17 and the trial proceedings will get underway March 24th.
