The person police say killed a man while driving his Lamborghini drunk appeared in court Thursday.
Roger Wittenberns is on house arrest.
During his court appearance, a judge set the DUI manslaughter case for a hearing in October.
Delray Beach police arrested Wittenberns last month.
Detectives say he caused the September, 2016 crash that killed Gerald Smith.
