WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - UPDATE:
Opa-locka police spokesman David Shiverton said the body found outside Grace Episcopal Church Sunday, is believed to be 23-year-old Demarcus Evans.
They are still awaiting official confirmation from Medical Examiner's office.
Shiverton said, Evans was released from jail on Saturday morning.
Police say he raped the mother of his child and then fatally shot her twin sister at their home early Sunday morning.
Evans then drove to West Palm Beach, where he killed himself, according to Opa Locka Police spokesman.
The twins would have celebrated their 18th birthday Dec. 8th.
Police say a body was found in a vehicle just outside Grace Episcopal Church at 3600 Australian Avenue in West Palm Beach on Sunday morning.
Church officials arrived early to set up for a service and discovered the body in the vehicle. They called 911 and police arrived shortly before 8 a.m.
Capt. David Bernhardt of the West Palm Beach Police Department confirmed that they are working with multiple agencies in South Florida because there's a strong probability that the victim is either from Broward or Miami Dade counties.
The investigation is ongoing.
