WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - A man known for helping needy kids get wheels, and a woman who has helped hundreds of jailed youths continue their education, were the winners at Wednesday's Blue Dove Awards luncheon.
Jack Hairston, better known as Jack the Bike Man, and Dr. Janice Cover, assistant superintendent for Palm Beach County Schools, were chosen among nine nominees as the 2014 Blue Dove Awards recipients.
