WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - They may have escaped the heat outdoors, but hundreds of people were still looking for a good sweat indoors on Saturday.
On Saturday afternoon, The Palm Beach Convention Center was the scene for the second annual Fitness Expo.
Beachside Ryde Fitness Studio of West Palm Beach showed off their new fitness equipment, and hosted Zumba lessons.
Trainers and vendors were on hand to talk nutrition and work out techniques.
The goal was to show that anyone of any age can live a healthy lifestyle.
"Again it's fun at the end of the day. Fitness is boring, fitness can get very boring very quickly and with this type of program, the hour goes by so fast, the calories shed so fast, and you're ready to get into another class immediately," said Tania Lee.
Donations from the Fitness Expo were made to the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
