WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - A man suspected of five rapeshas been convicted of one of them.
Baltazar Delgado Ros was found guilty Thursday of a sexual assault seven years ago in Palm Springs.
Prosecutors say the defendant held a blade to the throat of his victim while her baby was in the next room.
US Marshals arrested Delgado Ros in Guatemala in 2014 and brought him back for trial.
He faces a minimum of 25 years in prison.
