WELLINGTON, Fla. -- The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office is looking for a missing/endangered woman.
23-year-old Kelsey Thigpen was last seen at Flanagan's restaurant in Wellington sometime after midnight Sunday.
Her silver Honda Accord was located abandoned in the 8700 block of State Road 7 in Boynton Beach early Sunday with her personal belongings inside.
Kelsey is 5' 8" tall, weighs 120 lbs., has blonde hair and blue eyes. She was wearing a black t-shirt with her business' name "World of Beer" on it, khaki shorts and sneakers. She suffers from diabetes.
