Six arrested in fake prescription case after year-long Palm Beach County pill mill investigation

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. -- Six people are behind bars today for organized fraud after a year-long pill mill investigation in Palm Beach County.

Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office investigators say Deidrea Graham, 34, made fake prescriptions on her computer for hundreds of oxycodone pills and other drugs to be distributed.

According to the arrest report, Graham would produce the prescriptions and recruit different people to take them to get them filled at different pharmacies throughout Palm Beach County.

The investigation into Graham and her operation dates back to 2011.

The report says Graham would make the prescriptions under the name Dr. Eric Pantaleon, a pharmacist in Hollywood, Fla.

Dr. Pantaleon told investigators that he hasn't worked as a pharmacist in Palm Beach County since 2008, according to the report.

Others arrested along with Graham for knowingly participating in the organized fraud are Charles Minter, Lutisha Blue, Titania Lewis, Evangela Berry and Emma Berring.
