Two flown to a trauma center after rollover crash in Royal Palm Beach

ROYAL PALM BEACH, Fla. - Two people are being flown by Trauma Hawk to a local trauma center after being injured in a two-car rollover accident in Royal Palm Beach, said Captain Albert Borroto, spokesman for Palm Beach County Fire Rescue.

Emergency crews responded around 10:11 p.m. to reports of a rollover crash near Belvedere Road and State Road 7. They found one of the vehicles had rolled over and the occupants trapped inside. Firefighters had to cut the occupants out of the vehicle, Borroto said.

He said both people suffered injuries that made them trauma patients and they were flown to  St. Mary’s Medical Center.

There are no other details immediately available.
