Royal Palm Beach - From deer hunting to a masquerade tea party-- these were some of the themes at a local "Trunk Or Treat" festival.
Church members at First Baptist Church of Royal Palm Beach came up with fun ways to display their car trunks and hand out candy. Even the "Minions and Gru" made an appearance at the event.
Meanwhile, the children enjoyed showing off their costumes and their face painting. The children also had fun with bounce houses and games.
Some of the attendees donated canned goods. The food is part of a joint effort with the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office for the needy during the holidays. The church also plans to wrap up the year on a high note-- hosting a Christmas concert on December 7th, with Christian singer Kathy Troccoli.
