Motorcyclist injured in Royal Palm Beach accident

ROYAL PALM BEACH, Fla. - A man was flown to a trauma center Monday evening after being injured in a motorcycle accident in Royal Palm Beach, according to Captain Albert Borroto, spokesman for Palm Beach County Fire Rescue.

Rescue crews responded around 8:15 p.m. to the crash in the 2600 block of State Road 7 Extension, north of Okeechobee Boulevard. They found a motorcycle had crashed into a guardrail and the rider lying on the ground.

The man was flown to St. Mary’s Medical Center by Trauma Hawk.
