Child caught in crossfire

PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. -- A second suspect is in custody in connection with the shooting of a two-year-old girl in Riviera Beach.

US Marshals arrested Warren Dye Tuesday in unincorporated Palm Beach County.

They say he was with his girlfriend at the time.

Keyniah Lowe  was in a car when the shooting began and she was caught in the crossfire. She was last listed in critical but stable condition.

Marshals took another suspect into custody last week. Richard Thomas faces several charges including carrying a concealed firearm, possession of a firearm during commission of a felony, felon in possession of a firearm and discharging a firearm in public. A judge set bond at $310,000.

Investigators say the shooting was drug-related.
