U.S. Marshals looking for Riviera Beach suspects after 2 year old is shot

Police and U.S. Marshals are looking for two men wanted after a shooting on Thursday June 13th in the 1100 block of West 32nd Street in Riviera Beach.

Police say the shooting left 2 year old Keyniah Lowe in critical condition.

Investigators are searching for Richard Thomas of West Palm Beach and Warren Dye of Riviera Beach.

"My brother would never shoot a two year old. I know he didn't start anything. He is a good dude with a little girl," Thomas' brother Jason Thomas said.

Jason Thomas says he believes Dye started the altercation.

Lowe remains in critical, but stable condition. Police say she is expected to survive.

Anyone with information about the location of these suspects and/or this incident is asked to contact Riviera Beach Police at (561) 845-4123 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-458-TIPS. Both suspects are considered armed and dangerous.
