Protests are planned Friday night at Stonybrook apartments in Riviera Beach.

The Mayor's Citizens Response Team will be holding another demonstration at 5:30 p.m. and will be demanding improvements for living conditions in the complex.

Residents say they will continue to march until their demands are met.

The demands include:

Mold remediation and water stains removal.

A working air conditioning system for every unit in response to several tenants’ complaints of respiratory problems.

A 24-hour manned security gate.

Exterminate apartments reporting rodent infestation, to address tenants’ complaints that rats and roaches are moving from unit to unit.

Clean up playground area where kids are playing in dirt and broken glass.
