RIVIERA BEACH, Fla. - A man has been arrested and charged with second-degree murder by the Riviera Beach Police.
According to an arrest report, Ledon Barber is accused of killing Allen Sweetenburg after the two got in an argument over crack cocaine.
Investigators said that Barber was with a woman who had cash to buy crack.
The woman, according to police, was going to let Barber smoke some of it for free.
Barber told police that Sweetenburg tried to get the woman to go with him and that's when the two got into a fight.
Officers said that Barber told them that Sweetenburg violated 'street law' by attempting to steal his purchaser from him.
Barber told investigators that "he didn't mean to do it, he was hitting me".
Barber is being held in the Palm Beach County jail.
