An after-school counselor at Lake Park Elementary School is facing sexual battery and false imprisonment charges after police say he raped a teen girl in Riviera Beach.
Isaac Nemorin, 25, of Lake Park, was arrested on Thursday and is being held on $250,000 bond.
According to police, the 17-year-old victim received a phone call from Nemorin on Tuesday night and he told her that he was going to visit her at her home.
The victim, who only knew the suspect by his first name, had recently met him on Facebook and did not think that he would actually come.
But she received another phone call a short time later and "Isaac" told her that he was outside her residence in the parking lot.
She went outside and approached him in the lot and got into his vehicle to "chat." He asked her what she wanted to do and she explained that she could not go out because it was a school night.
The man asked the teen for a kiss, which she complied with. He then grabbed her and placed her on his lap.
According to the teen, and subsequent admissions by Nemorin, she repeatedly told him she did not want to have sex. He replied, "what do you think I came here for?" That's when, according to the teen, he forced her onto his lap, pulled out a condom, and proceded to sexually assault her.
The teen said she struggled to get away but because of the suspect's mugh larger siaze and weight, she was unable to get off him and out of the vehicle.
When he was finished assaulting her, he asked the teen if she was going to call the police and she said she would not. However, when she told a friend what had happened the following day, the friend told her to tell the school counselor wha that happened.
The victim told police that after she was assaulted by "Isaac" she received several text messages from him apologizing, which a detective confirmed.
The police arranged for a phone call between the two in which the suspect admitted several times that he heard her say "no" when he was forcing himself on her and admitted to having sex with her.
Nemorin was arrested on Thursday.
