Citing the Palm Beach Board of Realtors Multiple Listing Service, the Palm Beach Daily News reports that Lawrence A. Moens Associates has set a price of $38.5 million for the former Kennedy estate.

According to the Daily Mail , the home was built in 1922 for the Philadelphia family who owned Redman Wanamaker stores. They named the home 'La Guerida' - the bounty of war.
It is located at 1095 N. Ocean Boulevard.
