PALM BEACH, Fla. -- A juvenile crashed a car into a fence near Mar-a-Lago Friday night.
The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office says a Dodge Charger driven by the juvenile drove past the traffic posts on South Ocean Boulevard towards Mar-a-Lago at a high rate of speed and crashed into a fence just after 6 p.m. Friday.
The juvenile was given a traffic citation for Reckless Driving.
PBSO says due to the juvenile's actions and statements, detectives from the Violent Crimes Division transported the juvenile to JFK North/West Palm Behavioral Health in West Palm Beach.
President Trump is staying at Mar-a-Lago this weekend.
