WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - The Miami Dolphins might not be in the Super Bowl, but South Florida will be represented at the big game.
The NFL has invited McCray's Backyard Bar-B-Q, from West Palm Beach, to festivities at its premier event.
Owner Derrick McCray and his staff will be headed to the northeast Thursday.
"They kind of found us in 2007 and we became the poster child of the emerging business program of the NFL... where they select small businesses from around the area that they feel can handle the workload and that can meet the requirements," McCray said.
McCray will be serving his world famous ribs, chicken, baked beans, cole slaw, potato salad, smoked sausage and marinated chicken breast hors d'oeuvres.
