The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office said a woman caught her co-worker Wednesday video taping her while she was inside a bathroom at their place of employment.
PBSO said they arrested Brandon James Dean, 27, of Clewiston, after a woman presented video evidence of him taking out his phone and setting it up inside a business's bathroom.
The unidentified victim says she saw Dean looking through door's small opening while she had her pants and underwear down. After recognizing who it was, she set up her own camera in hopes of catching him.
The victim says she never gave Dean permission to record her. Deputies charged him with video voyeurism. A judge ordered that he be held on $5,000 bond.
A police report shows that Dean is married.
