Necklace snatched from woman's neck outside Brogues bar in Lake Worth

LAKE WORTH, Fla. - The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office has released photos of a woman and man believed to be involved in a jewelry theft in front of Brogues bar in downtown Lake Worth.

According to the sheriff's office, a patron was sitting in front of the bar in the 600 block of Lake Avenue on Wednesday afternoon when she was approached by a woman who struck up a conversation.

While talking, the woman snatched the patron's necklace from her neck and fled.

The suspect is described as approximately 5 feet 2 inches, 115 to 130 pounds, light brown hair and a tattoo on the right side of her neck.  

Deputies are also looking for a man who was with the suspect in the area.  He was wearing a baseball hat and a shirt with the word “Death Valley” on the front.
