Lake Worth Chase Bank robbery: Sheriff's office seeks to identify suspect


The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office is looking for a man who robbed a Chase Bank in Lake Worth on Friday. At around 4:35 p.m., the suspect entered the bank at at 200 Lake Ave. and implied he had a handgun.
The teller placed money into one of two shoulder bags the suspect carried with him. No gun or weapon was seen. The suspect walked out of the bank and disappeared.
The suspect is described as a black male, tall, thin, approximately 6-feet-2 to 6-feet-4, muscular build, with large calves. He appeared unshaven with a goatee. He was wearing a blue and white plaid shirt with long dark shorts.
One of the patrons noticed white paint on the suspect's right calf and heard the suspect speak in a deep voice.
