This year voters in Palm Beach County are seeing new technology at the polls.
Poll workers are using iPad Minis to scan voter IDs.
Early Tuesday, some voters complained the system was unable to find their information.
Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections Susan Bucher said her office received similar complaints about the new system.
She said her office investigated the complaints and no one was turned away from voting.
She said if there was a problem it was likely related to a learning curve with poll workers using the new technology.
Voters who run into this issue may be asked to fill out a provisional ballot.
Bucher didn't know how many complaints her office received but said she felt the issues were smoothed out as the morning continued.
