GREENACRES, Fla. - 85-year-old hit and run victim Dolly Deleo is back home after almost two months in the hospital.
Greenacres Police have not made any arrests after Deleo was hit while walking near Mallaleuca Lane on May 19th.
"I don't remember hitting the ground. I don't remember anything," Deleo said.
Greenacres Police say there is no surveillance video and they don't know who hit Deleo.
They say a Good Samaritan picked her up and took her to the hospital. She suffered from a broken neck and many other broken bones.
"I have children. I have grandchildren and I still wouldn't hang whoever did this. Everybody makes mistakes. But whoever did it should have stopped just to see if I was alive. I feel very bad about that," Deleo said.
Deleo's boyfriend Tom Sweeney has been by her side through the tragedy.
"She is wonderful. We get along. We have good times. I'm just happy she is home. It is a shame what this guy did...to leave her and take off," Sweeney said.
