INDIANAPOLIS -- A Frontier flight destined for Palm Beach County was diverted to land in Indianapolis just before midnight Sunday after an issue with its fuel system.

The flight, Frontier FFT1334, was scheduled to take off from Chicago O'Hare at 4:55 p.m. Sunday, but didn't depart until six hours later.

On the way to Florida, the pilot had to declare an emergency, and diverted to Indianapolis.

According to Frontier, the fuel wasn't transferring into the wing tank.

A mechanic checked on the plane in Indianapolis.

There were 205 passengers and seven crew members on board.

According to Flight Aware, the plane eventually left Indianapolis and was scheduled to land at PBI before 6:30 a.m.

The airport later confirmed that the flight had landed.
