9/11 remembrances in Palm Beach County

PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla.- Today is the 15th Anniversary of one of the most tragic days in American history.

There are remembrances and ceremonies across south Florida.

In Tequesta, there’s a wreath procession at Village Hall at 8:30 a.m.

In Lake Worth there will be salute to first responders with honorary discounts for first responders. It’s at the Casino Building and Beach Complex from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

In Boca Raton, there will be two services to honor first responders. It will be at Grace Community Church at 9:15 a.m. and 11 a.m.

In Palm Beach Gardens, there will be a remembrance procession at Palm Beach Gardens High School at 4 p.m.

In Wellington, there will be a September 11th remembrance. It will be held at the Patriot Memorial next to Village Hall at 5 p.m.
