Deputies arrested Yulexis Rodriguez after a woman was found dead inside of the mobile home.

The home is located in the middle of the recycling yard. There are people who live and work on the property and they are calling the situation tragic.

A little before 1 a.m., deputies and Palm Beach County Fire and Rescue responded to the recycling yard. When they got there they found a mobile home on fire.

A man who works and lives on the lot told said he heard a loud noise, went outside and saw the fire. Once firefighters contained the fire, they found a woman dead inside the home.

The neighbor on the property said the suspect, Yulexis Rodriguez, is a truck driver and the victim is a 22-year-old mother.

Deputies found Rodriguez nearby and arrested him. He is charged with first-degree murder, burglary while armed, first-degree arson while occupied, false imprisonment and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.

Employees at the yard are still shaken up, Saturday night they worked together to clean up the mess.

Rodriguez is being held at Palm Beach County Jail without bond.
