New housing numbers show positive signs

Florida REALTORS have some proof things are starting to turn around for homeowners.

The latest housing statistics released Tuesday show that across the state home and condo sales are climbing, prices are rising, and inventory is dropping.   

That goes for Palm Beach County, Saint Lucie, and Indian River, too. In Martin County the news is mixed.  The Okeechobee County Board of REALTORS has not returned our request for the numbers there.
