CLEVELAND (AP) -- The wife and three adult children of an Ohio man who died of organ failure caused by malnutrition and bed sores have been charged with murder.

Wife Debora Brichacek (brik-AY'-sik), Wendy Brichacek, Debbi Brichacek and Brian Brichacek were indicted by a grand jury in Cleveland this week. They're also charged with involuntary manslaughter, kidnapping and failing to provide for a functionally impaired person.

Sixty-three-year-old Richard Brichacek weighed 93 pounds when he died at his Euclid home in December. A medical examiner ruled his death a homicide.

Prosecutors say he suffered from a neurological disorder and didn't receive adequate nutrition or medical care for more than a year before his death.

Records don't indicate if the Brichaceks have attorneys. A home phone number for them repeatedly rang busy Friday.
