(KCTV/CNN) - A Missouri police officer attempting to pull a driver over for a traffic violation ended up saving the man's life.
Police dashcam video showed the driver speed away when the officer tried to pull him over.
Video shows him lose control and the car rolled over several times.
The officer found the ejected driver in a ditch with serious injuries and no pulse.
He started CPR and was able to revive the man.
The driver is hospitalized but expected to survive.
Police say the man was driving on a revoked license and under the influence of alcohol.
