Jones faces up to ten years in prison

A Cincinnati Bengals cheerleader and former Kentucky teacher is facing sexual abuse charges involving a minor.

26-year-old Sarah Jones was released from jail last night.

She resigned from her position at Dixie Heights High School in November, citing personal reasons.

She's also facing charges of unlawful use of electronic devices.

If convicted, Jones could face up to ten years in prison.

Meanwhile her mother, a middle-school principal, is charged with tampering with evidence.

She's been placed on administrative leave.
