Sports fans love talking trash about their least favorite athletes. But 85-year-old Helen Fowler took throwing shade to the next level when she slammed Alex Rodriguez from beyond the grave.

Fowler, a grandmother from New Jersey and self-professed lifelong fan of the New York Yankees, passed away on Sept. 29 and her obituary included a shot at A-Rod.

"Mrs. Fowler was a former member of the Cranford First Aid Squad and a lifelong Yankees fan, with the exception of Alex Rodriguez," Fowler's obituary stated in New Jersey's Star-Ledger.

Burn.

According to her obituary, Fowler was a grandmother of five.
