Kenneth Rackemann: Quadruple murder suspect in Indiana wants to get married

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - The alleged triggerman in a quadruple murder case wants to get married while behind bars.

Kenneth Rackemann, 24, is accused of fatally shooting Walter Burnell, Jacob Rodemich, Haley Navarra and Kristy Sanchez at a home on the south side of Indianapolis last February.

Rackemann faces four counts of murder, four counts of felony murder, robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery.

Three other co-defendants are also charged with murder in the case.

Rackemann’s attorneys filed a motion in court Wednesday asking the judge to allow him to be married to Tia Brassfield while he is incarcerated at the Marion County Jail.

The judge has not yet made a decision on the request.
