George Zimmerman, Trayvon Martin case: Zimmerman to seek second bond today in court hearing (VIDEO)

SANFORD, Fla. -- George Zimmerman could be a free man until his trial if a Seminole County judge grants his bond request today.
Zimmerman's bond hearing is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. at the Seminole County Courthouse in Sanford.
He is currently in solitary confinement in the Seminole County Jail.
Zimmerman is accused of shooting and killing Trayvon Martin in February while patrolling as a neighborhood watch captain in a gated Sanford neighborhood.

He is charged with second degree murder and was previously released on bond.
That ruling was overturned earlier this month after it was discovered that Zimmerman had more money than he revealed tot he court in a prior bond hearing.
Thousands of dollars have been donated to Zimmerman's cause online.
Zimmerman's attorney Mark O'Mara plans to tell the judge that his client is not a flight risk and should be set free to help prepare his defense.
Martin's parents are also expected to be at today's hearing.
There could be a ruling on the release of more evidence at this bond hearing as well, possibly phone calls made from Zimmerman at the Seminole County Jail to his wife and attorney.
