Celebrity children who died young

Bobbi Kristina Brown, 22, has died after a long hospitalization.

Brown was found unresponsive in a bathtub on Jan. 31. Her family said she suffered irreversible brain damage, leading to her being in a coma since then.

Her mother, Singer Whitney Houston, drowned in a tub in 2012.

Brown is one of many children of celebrities who have died young.

Anna Nicole Smith's son
Daniel Smith, 20, died in 2006 due to a drug overdose in The Bahamas. He was in the hospital room of his mother, Anna Nicole Smith, who had recently given birth. Anna Nicole Smith, 39, died six months later in a Hollywood, Florida hotel, also of a drug overdose.

John Travolta's son
Jett Travolta, 16, died after a seizure in 2009 while in The Bahamas. Paramedic Tarino Lightbourne was charged with trying to blackmail Travolta for $25 million over the circumstances of his son's death.

Sylvester Stallone's son
Sage Stallone, 36, died of a heart attack related to heart disease in 2012. Stallone acted in several of his father’s films and was in the beginning of a career as a film producer and director.

Dr. Dre's son
Andrew Young, Jr., 20, died of a drug overdose in Los Angeles in 2008. He was found in bed unresponsive by his mother the morning after he went out with friends.

Mike Tyson's daughter
Exodus Tyson died from asphyxiation in 2009 when she was four months old. She was found choked by an exercise equipment cord at her mother’s home in Phoenix.

Bill Cosby's son
Ennis Cosby, 27, was shot to death in 1997 while he was changing a car tire. Cosby was visiting Los Angeles while on break from Columbia University, where he was a graduate student. His killer was sentenced to life in prison.

Johnny Carson's son
Richard Carson, 39, died in a car accident in 1991. His vehicle fell more than 100 feet down an embankment in Cayucos, California. Officials determined he was distracted while taking photos.

Eric Clapton's son
Conor Clapton, 4, fell 49 stories from a New York City hotel window and died in 1991. The incident was the inspiration for Clapton’s song, “Tears in Heaven.”

Marie Osmond's son
Michael Blosil, 18, committed suicide in Los Angeles in 2010 after battling psychological issues.

Burt Bacharach's daughter
Nikki Bacharach, 40, committed suicide by suffocating herself with helium in 2007 in Thousand Oaks, California.

Willie Nelson's son
Billy Nelson, 33, committed suicide by hanging in 1991 in Nashville, Tennessee. He was recently released from an alcohol abuse program.

Marlon Brando's daughter
Cheyenne Brando, 25, hung herself in in Tahiti in 1995.

Tameka Foster's son
Kile Glover, 11, died after being struck by a jet ski while swimming in an Atlanta-area lake in 2012. Foster's family friend was found guilty of homicide.
