Chicago, IL - 123 iPads were stolen from a school in Chicago's West Side.
That happened at Charles Hughes Elementary, just before 1 a.m. on Memorial Day.
The Chicago Sun-Times reports at least two people shattered a window on the south side of the building and another window in a second-story room.
The stolen iPads are worth over $49,000.
The principal says the school received the free iPads because its one of the city's 'welcoming schools.'
Those are the schools that accepted students after 50 public schools were closed last year.
Police didn't make any arrests or release a description of the burglars.
