Three teens arrested in connection with the gang rape of a mother at Dunbar Village will be charged as adults.
Today a Palm Beach County grand jury indicted the teens.

16-year-old Nathan Walker, 15-year-old Jakaris Taylor and 14-year-old Avion Lawson were arrested in connection with the June 18th rape of a mother and attack on her son.

The grand jury indicted them on several charges, including burglary with assault, kidnapping, sexual battery by multiple perpetrators and promoting the sexual performance of a child.

News Channel Five spoke with Walker's attorney after the grand jury's decision. "We have a young child who has never done anything of violence or significant felonies to anyone before now all of a sudden is charged in this situation, meeting with him, speaking with him, looking at his demeanor I thought it was prudent to have a professional exam him for a variety of court intended purposes".

Wednesday night the teens will be transferred from the juvenile facility to the Gun Club jail. They will appear in court Thursday morning. If convicted, each could face up to life in prison.
