PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL -- According to court records, Terry Mahoney has filed for divorce against her husband, Congressman Tim Mahoney.
Terry Mahoney filed for dissolution Monday, October 20th at the North County court house in Palm Beach Gardens.
Her attorney is Karen Steger of Stuart.
According to the 11 page document, Terry Ellen Mahoney says 'the marriage between the two has irretrievably been broken and shouldn’t be resolved.'
Terry is asking for the Palm Beach Gardens home, and everything in it.
She is also asking for a lump sum payment along with alimony.
She would like all her lawyer fees paid for.
Dissolution – ‘husband had bearing last two year, dissipated marital assets, wants her share of money that he gave away’
Terry would also like a detailed account where all the money went over last two years.
