BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. (AP) -- Authorities say 43-year-old man was killed when he tried to cross a road near Florida's Turnpike on a bicycle.
According to a Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office report, Fernando Rodriguez Rosario was pronounced dead at the scene on Saturday night.
The report states that 76-year-old Henry Brenner hit Rosario as he tried to bike across State Road 804 near Florida's Turnpike. Charges haven't been filed against Brenner, of Boynton Beach.
