PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL -- Judge Laura Johnson has ruled the 'Saggy, Baggy pants law' unconstitutional.

The City of Riviera Beach approved the law in May of 2008.

17-year-old Julius Hart was fined after he was cited wearing the saggy pants and spent a night in the county jail.

Hart's public defender argued that the law was unconstitutional.
