3 people bitten by a fox in Boca Raton

BOCA RATON, FL-- It wasn't a great day at the beach this morning.

Boca Raton Police report that Michael Noell and his wife Dani were walking along the boardwalk at Red Reef Park.

Both Michael and his wife were bitten by a fox.

Michael was able to pick up a pvc pipe and and beat the fox to death.

Animal care and control says there was also another attack at South Beach Park in Boca prior to the attack at Red Reef.

Michael Noell and his wife Dani were taken to Boca Raton Community Hospital to be checked out,

The dead fox will have a necropsy at Palm Beach County Animal Care and Control.
