A West Palm Beach man with a warrant for conspiracy to commit murder and kidnapping was arrested at a tattoo shop in Naples, the Collier County Sheriff's Office said.

Deputies received a call stating that 35-year-old Gregory Alan Umphress was in the area of Airport Pulling Rd and Davis Blvd.

After running a background check, deputies discovered that Umphress had an active warrant out of Lake County Sheriff's Office.

News outlets in Orlando report Umphress is part of a biker gang and detectives believe he was involved in a shooting at the Leesburg Bikefest in Lake County in April that killed one person and injured another. He was the last suspect in the investigation.

The suspect was located lying on a couch at a tattoo parlor at the 6000 block of Airport-Pulling Road. He was handcuffed and transported to the Naples Jail Center.

He remains in jail on no bond.
