Summersville Volunteer Fire Department truck falls into hole

GREENSBURG, KY-- Two volunteer firefighters in Greensburg, Kentucky had to be rescued after their rescue vehicle fell into a large hole over an underground garage.

The Summersville Volunteer Fire Department was assisting with a funeral detail when the ground gave way under the weight of the fire truck, which was backing into an empty parking lot.

Two firefighters were inside the truck when it fell in, but were uninjured.

Two cranes will be used to remove the vehicle, WBKO.com reported.
